My son has been taking private cello lessons with Dr. Chang for more than 3 years. She has gradually build up a comprehensive teaching program for him using the Suzuki method supplemented with position studies and other foundational studies and lots of Bach solo music which he loves a lot. More importantly, she is very patient with him and has helped him build up self-confidence and develop a practice method that enables him to solve problems when approaching a new piece of music. Now my son love music so much that recently he started piano lessons with Dr Chang to enhance his appreciation of music.

For example, as an adult learner, it's been more challenging for me to develop muscle memory & stay motivated with standard material targeted at young children.
